Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cream cheese (8 oz each)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apple slices
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in apple slices and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, until the center is set. Allow to cool.
  7. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use brown sugar in the cheesecake filling.
  • Allow the cheesecake to chill in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
