Salted Caramel Cheesecake

A decadently delicious salted caramel cheesecake that is sure to impress your guests and satisfy your sweet tooth.

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Incorporate eggs one at a time.
  5. Mix in sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour half of the cheesecake batter over the crust.
  7. Drizzle half of the salted caramel sauce over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Pour the remaining batter on top and repeat with the remaining caramel sauce.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center.
  10. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature ingredients.
  • Top with additional salted caramel sauce before serving.
