Salted Caramel Cheesecake

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour cream mixture into the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Remove cheesecake from oven and let it cool completely.
  7. Once cooled, top with heavy cream and salted caramel sauce.

Notes

  • Let the cheesecake chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • For extra flavor, drizzle with additional caramel sauce just before serving.
