  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, honey, eggs, vanilla extract, and sea salt, mixing until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, drizzle more honey on top before serving.
