Sausage, Egg, and Cream Cheese Hashbrown Casserole

A delicious blend of sausage, eggs, and cream cheese combined with crispy hashbrowns for a perfect breakfast casserole.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 30 ounces frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add diced jalapeños to the mixture.
  • This casserole can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
