Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the bell pepper and onion until soft.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the sausage and vegetables in the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture on top.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over the top and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
