Sheet Pan Crispy Flounder Sliders with Old Bay Apple Slaw and Lemon Tartar Crema

  • 4 fillets flounder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 head green cabbage
  • 1 apple
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 8 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the flounder by dredging in flour, then dipping in beaten eggs, and finally coating in panko breadcrumbs mixed with Old Bay.
  3. Place the breaded flounder on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. For the slaw, thinly slice the cabbage and apple, then mix with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  5. Assemble the sliders by placing the baked flounder on the buns and topping with slaw.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some sliced pickles to the sliders.
  • These sliders can also be served in lettuce wraps for a low-carb option.
