Sheet Pan Lasagna

Sheet Pan Lasagna is a delicious and easy-to-make comfort food that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a flavorful twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 12 sheets lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce evenly on the bottom of a sheet pan.
  5. Layer lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by ricotta cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and mozzarella.
  6. Repeat layers, finishing with a layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute whole wheat lasagna noodles.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
