- 1 baguette sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
- 8 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden.
- Top each slice with a piece of brie and bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and spoon cranberry sauce on top of each crostini.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
