  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
