  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, chopped
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the beef broth, carrots, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
