- 1 large head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
