- 3 pounds beef shoulder
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rosemary, and black pepper.
