  • 10 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, rosemary, and black pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, sear the beef shoulder on all sides until browned.
  4. Place the seared beef in a roasting pan and pour the garlic honey mixture over it.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and roast for 3 to 4 hours, or until tender.
  6. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes to caramelize the top.
  7. Let the beef rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
