Instructions

  1. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
  2. Season the ribs generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Let the ribs sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to absorb the flavor.
  4. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  5. Add wood chips of your choice to the smoker.
  6. Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down, and cook for 6 hours, spritzing with a mixture of beef broth and apple cider vinegar every hour.
