  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper, then place in the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken until browned, about 5-7 minutes per side, then remove from skillet.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the skillet, sautéing until softened.
  5. Stir in rice, then add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, return chicken to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes until thickened.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
