Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  3. Add in the sugar, egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest, and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
