Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, egg noodles, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
