- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- salt to taste

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the onion, bell peppers, and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the crushed tomatoes, smoked paprika, cayenne, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Make small wells in the mixture and crack an egg into each well. Cover and cook until eggs are set to your liking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
