Spinach and Artichoke Wonton Cups

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a wonton wrapper and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the corners of the wrapper towards the center, pinching to seal.
  5. Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
