  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
