- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and feta mixture.
