  • 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine or your choice)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
