  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to make the marinade.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the marinated chicken, and cook until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
  5. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve the chicken over a bed of rice, topped with sautéed broccoli and green onions.
