  • 150 grams ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 red chili, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes until soft, then drain.
  2. In a hot pan, add ground pork and cook until browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced red chili, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the cooked vermicelli and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss well to combine.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion before serving.
