  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the pasta and beef broth to the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
