  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Line the bottom of a baking dish with eclair shells.
  3. Spread half of the whipped cream mixture over the eclair shells.
  4. Add a layer of sliced strawberries on top of the cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining eclair shells, whipped cream, and strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
