- 2 pounds beef brisket
- 1 cup strawberry preserves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix together strawberry preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the beef brisket with the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
