  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 package spring roll wrappers
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
  2. Lay out a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface and place 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry the rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
