  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 cup pickled cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup Thai basil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken thighs in buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper for at least 2 hours.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, and black pepper in another bowl.
  3. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Coat the marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes per side.
