  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by half of the cream and half of the cheese, then add half of the crumbled bacon.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
