2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
8 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
12 ounces fettuccine pasta
Instructions
In the Crockpot, add the chicken breasts, cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir to combine and cover the Crockpot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, cook the fettuccine according to package instructions.
Once the chicken is fully cooked, shred it with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine and turkey bacon, stirring gently to combine.
