  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the ricotta cheese and mix well until combined.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, along with fresh basil. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional basil if desired.
