- 200 grams beef, sliced thin
- 100 grams turkey bacon, chopped
- 150 grams ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, soft-boiled
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon miso paste
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Prepare the pork stock by simmering for several hours until rich and flavorful.
- In a separate pan, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the pork stock and bring it to a simmer.
