  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 8 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger to 225°F.
  2. Place the beef chuck roast in the center of the grill grate.
  3. Sprinkle the ranch dressing and au jus gravy mix over the top of the roast.
  4. Add the butter on top of the roast and place the pepperoncini around it.
  5. Smoke for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender and shreds easily.
