  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup pureed mango
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in mango puree, vanilla extract, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let cool.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Top with whipped cream before serving.
