  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour and cayenne pepper.
