Tuscan Shrimp (One-Pan, 30-Minute Dinner)

Prepare a delicious Tuscan shrimp dish in just 30 minutes using turkey bacon!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, add garlic and shrimp; cook until shrimp is pink.
  3. Add spinach and cherry tomatoes to the pan, cooking until spinach wilts.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning, cream, and Parmesan; mix well.
  5. Return the bacon to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and serve.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with pasta or rice for a complete meal.
