2 pounds potatoes, sliced
1 pound steak, diced
2 cups queso cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the diced steak. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
In a large baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes and top with the cooked steak.
Pour queso cheese over the layers and cover with aluminum foil.
