- 2 cups water
- 2 Earl Grey tea bags
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sparkling water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
- Boil the water in a saucepan.
- Add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
- Add blackberries and vanilla extract, then mash the blackberries to release their juices.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove solids.
- Chill the tea mixture in the fridge.
- When ready to serve, mix in the sparkling water.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For a stronger tea flavor, increase steeping time.
