Vanilla Earl Grey Blackberry Mocktail

A delightful non-alcoholic beverage combining the aromatic flavors of vanilla, Earl Grey tea, and fresh blackberries.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add blackberries and vanilla extract, then mash the blackberries to release their juices.
  5. Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove solids.
  6. Chill the tea mixture in the fridge.
  7. When ready to serve, mix in the sparkling water.
  8. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • For a stronger tea flavor, increase steeping time.
