Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. In a food processor, blend the dates until smooth.
  4. Add the oats, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Pulse until combined.
  5. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
