Vegan Dump Cake (Pineapple)

A delicious vegan dump cake made with pineapples, perfect for everyone!

Ingredients

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box vegan cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed pineapple and its juice with the cake mix.
  3. Stir in the applesauce and melted coconut oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
