  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
  2. Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and add 2 tablespoons of the filling to the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
