Voodoo Egg Rolls

Deliciously crispy Voodoo Egg Rolls stuffed with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. Lay out an egg roll wrapper and place 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with a bit of water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the rolls until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add chopped green onions to the filling.
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
