  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. Add shredded chicken to the pot, followed by the chicken broth.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and incorporated.
  4. Add in the white beans, corn, spices, and cooked bacon. Let simmer for 20 minutes.
