- 3 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, turkey bacon, basil, garlic powder, and salt.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
