  • 1 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Spiralize the zucchini to create noodles.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add zucchini noodles and sauté for 2-3 minutes until just tender.
  4. Add pesto, cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper; stir until combined.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
