  • 1 pound beef sausage
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add beef sausage to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, potatoes, and red pepper flakes; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  6. Mix in the kale and cook until wilted.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and crumbled bacon; heat through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
