Baked Chicken Spaghetti

Baked Chicken Spaghetti is a simple and delicious dish perfect for busy weeknights, combining tender chicken, hearty pasta, and a cheesy topping for a comforting meal.

  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, shredded chicken, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and transfer to a greased baking dish.
  4. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a bit of spice, add red pepper flakes to the mixture.
