  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ladyfingers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, gently fold together the mascarpone cheese, mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar.
  3. Combine the whipped cream with the mascarpone mixture until smooth.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers in the brewed coffee briefly, then layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Add a layer of the banana pudding mixture on top of the ladyfingers.
  6. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of the pudding mixture.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and add extra caramel on top if desired.
