- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and carefully remove the cabbage leaves.
- Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for about 2 minutes, then remove and cool.
