- 1 head cabbage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cabbage by slicing it into strips.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Once browned, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Add the uncooked rice, beef broth, and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Mix well.
- Layer half of the cabbage in a baking dish, followed by the beef mixture, then the remaining cabbage on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding some shredded cheese on top during the last 15 minutes of baking.
